Elon Musk has responded to alleged reports of him having an affair with Google co-founder Sergey Brin’s wife, Nicole Shanahan. American media shocked the internet by claiming that Musk and Shanahan briefly dated last year, causing Brin to file for divorce. The articles also said the alleged affair ended the long-term friendship between the 2 billionaires. Brin and Shahanan married in 2018 and separated in January 2022, citing “irreconcilable differences”. A report of a scandal between the billionaire and Google founder’s wife by a prominent media giant resulted in heavy social media backlash.
