Loki: The god of Mischief might be alive!

Out of the many eye-opening deaths in Avengers: Infinity War, one death is of Marvel’s most captivating and interesting character Loki. The Trickster has faked his death many times in the past, and the audience is eager to know if he has done it again.

Why Might Loki be Alive?

Fans are so excited about every character of Avengers: Infinity War which is one of the top 6 highest grossing Hollywood films of 2018 so far. Facts are being put forward by fans that The god of mischief may have survived the hands of Thanos. The scene in which Loki tries to trick and stab Thanos contains many interesting details which increases the possibility that Loki might be alive.

Facts that Support god of Mischief’s Survival

The most noteworthy of which is the fact that Loki is right handed and always holds the weapon in his right hand. From Thor 1 to Avengers to Ragnarok, he has used and held his weapon in his right hand. Nonetheless, there are two instances where he uses his left-hand one was in Thor: The Dark World, the fight scene at Svartalfheim where he fakes his death, and the other was in Avengers: Infinity War when he tries to overpower and stab Thanos. In these two episodes, he uses his left hand. Taking into consideration this theory of right hand the chances that The Trickster has faked his death have increased and purposes the certainty that what Thanos killed was his illusion. Anyhow, this is a quite a fascinating theory for all Loki’s fans.

What Tom Hiddleston Has to Say on This?

However, there are plenty of incentives that might have pushed The Trickster into choosing his left hand. One of those causes might be that all Children of Thanos are standing on the right side of Loki which has made him picking his left hand so that to conceal the dagger from being seen. Some viewers also depict the scene as a more powerful one, praising it as character development, somewhat like in Thor: Ragnarok. Tom Hiddleston, the actor who had played Loki, himself perceived,”When I came to shoot the scene in Infinity War, I think it’s very powerful he calls himself an Odinson, and that closes the whole journey of Loki and what he can do.” Hiddleston also said,”It [Loki’s death] set the stakes up emotionally. It takes the stakes up dramatically. You know that Thanos is someone who’s far more dangerous than anyone we’ve seen before.”

Another Possibility

Another critical debate that is circling is that The god of Mischief might have disappeared in the background. Others are anticipating the possibility that Loki, the Trickster god might be impersonating himself in the form of Bruce Banner on earth.

Anyhow, if Marvel will desire to bring Loki back, they will find their way of bringing him one way or the other.
