How to Make Hot Chocolate at Home

For one serving, 1tbsp. (table spoon) of cocoa powder, 1tbsp of sugar, ¾ cup of water and 2/3 cup of skimmed milk evaporated milk is enough.

Follow these steps for a simple recipe.

  1. Mix the cocoa powder and sugar together for a perfect blend.
  2. Add 2/3 cup of hot water and blend the ingredients together.
  3. Now add warm skimmed milk to the mixture and stir thoroughly till you get the perfect finish.

Note: For getting warm water and milk, one can heat them up for one minute, using the microwave.

Here you need following ingredients.

  1.    ¼ cup of cocoa
  2.    1tbsp. table salt
  3.    ½ cup of sugar
  4.    One full cup of milk for one serving

4. Follow these steps for making Hot Chocolate Mix.

  1. First of all blend cocoa, table salt, and sugar and keep the mixture in an airtight container.
  2. Now add the cup of warm skimmed milk and blend the mix to get the finished product.

Note: Use a microwave to boil the milk. For more than one servings, it is alright to use a saucepan and boil mixture on the stove rather than a microwave.
