Dance Video of Muhammad Raaza from Pakistan Is A Hope amidst COVID 19

United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund has shared a dance video of Muhammad Raaza from the valley of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan on International dance day with caption dancing never canceled.

A dance video of Muhammad Raaza from Passu Gilgit Baltistan gave the feels that despite all gloom in the world you can still rise and dance happily. It is the reminder amidst the corona-scare, one must remember to take a moment to smile;  probably the reason why the World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus also appreciated this video. He posted the UNICEF twitter post with Bless You caption

Later UNICEF Pakistan confirmed that the video is from the mountainous valley of Gilgit-Baltistan in Passu, Pakistan and it was initially posted by Muhammad Raaza’s aunt on Twitter.

The video has more than one million views on Twitter alone.

UNICEF Executive Director Henrietta H. Fore also shared the dance video and stated that it gave them motivation to keep going and stay hopeful.

In reply to dance video by Muhammad Raaza’s aunt thanked UNICEF chief and was very glad to know that this video was spreading happiness and love.

Muhammad Raaza’s aunt also thanked WHO Director on sharing this video.

A dance video by cute little boy with smile on face between the snow covered mountains dancing freely without any worry dressed in winter clothes is ineed the best way to spread the message of joy.

This viral dance video of Muhammad Raaza was initially posted by his aunt on twitter without knowing that the video of his nephew dancing on the famous song of Gilgit Baltistan would gather much love.

Washington Correspondent of The National, Joyce Karam loved the dance video of Muhammad Raaza and stated thatwhether it was lockdown or not little kid from Pakistan will dance. Well, the little known fact is that this video might be older than coronavirus lockdown. It is perhaps three months old.

International Dance Day is a global celebration of dance. This year the day has come when the world is passing through stressing times and in dire need of something to rejoice over. Given such circumstances the video of Muhammad Raaza is really something to be loved.

A little joy in tough times

Gilgit Baltistan constitutes the north portion of Pakistan. It is home to the snow covered peaks and high mountains.  The place is termed as paradise on Earth.
