What The Irishman Is All About?
The Irishman is based on the novel called I Heard You Paint Houses by Charles Brandt and features a star cast like Pacino and Robert De Niro. The movie has been directed by Martin Scorsese, a director who is known for action and thrilled filled movies with a hint of drama or comedy.
According to the promotional plot, World War II veteran and retired mob hitman played by De Niro reflects on how skills he had gained during the war helped him make ends meet and become one of the most famous mob hitmen to have lived. He particularly focuses on the role he played in the disappearance of his old friend Jimmy Hoffa played by Al Pacino, a former labor union party leader who served as the International Brotherhood of Teamsters who went missing in 1975 and was never seen again.
According to media reports the movies, the initial release is set on 27 September 2019 in the United States.
