A man, named Robin Rhodes, aged 57, from Massachusetts yelled that President Donald Trump
“will get rid of you all” to a Muslim woman at JFK.
He now faces nine hate crime charges. He assaulted a female Muslim airline employee at New York’s JFK.
Robin Rhodes assaulted Rabeeya Khan who was wearing a head scarf while on job at Delta Airlines’ Sky Lounge on Wednesday.

Rhodes was waiting in the lounge for a connecting flight back to home after returning from Aruba. Rhodes approached the door of the office where Rabeeya Khan was working and said,
“Are you sleeping? Are you praying? What are you doing?
Rhodes punched the door to strike Miss Khan’s chair and scared her. He later threatened her and kicked her in the right leg as HoursTV.com learned from the statement submitted by Queens District Attorney Richard Brown.
Rabeeya Khan tried to escape his wrath by fleeing but Rhodes blocked her way. A passerby tried to pacify Rhodes but to no avail.
Finally, when she was able to escape, Rhodes followed her to lounge’s front desk, stopped her, and got down on his knees to bow as to imitate and mock the way Muslims pray.
He shouted,
“Trump is here now. He will get rid of all of you. You can ask Germany, Belgium, and France about these kinds of people. You will see what happens.”
According to Miss Khan’s statement, she suffered pain in her right leg. She was afraid that Mr. Rhodes was going to hurt her more.
Rhodes Criminal Charges by Court
The Queens Criminal Court has summoned Rhodes with nine hate crime charges including third degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, and first-degree harassment. If convicted, Rhodes could be jailed for four years in prison.
