Sheesh Mahal in Lahore Fort  

The Sheesh Mahal lies within the magnificently massive Lahore Fort. Thanks to the efforts of the Government, it has been fully restored to its past glory. The Sheesh Mahal or Mirror Palace has some of the most exquisite quality mirrors decorated with white marbles. The area, as per historians, is considered as a special place for the then Royal family to rest and unwind. Lahore Museum

The Lahore Museum contains some of the most historic artifacts exhibiting the city and region’s history. The great Sir Ganga Ram designed the current building of Lahore Museum. Bagh-e-Jinnah

Bagh-e-Jinnah is a historic garden, which was formerly known as Lawrence Garden. It has an ample green space featuring a botanical garden. Besides the garden, the premises also features sporting facilities, open-air theater, Gymkhana Cricket Ground, and tennis courts. The garden spreads over a sprawling 141 acres. Bagh-e-Jinnah features plants of over 150 different species. It has 140 types of shrubs, over 100 indoor kinds of plants, and 30 varieties of palm trees.

There is a brick wall surrounding the Shalimar Gardens. UNESCO declared Shalimar Gardens World Heritage in 1981. Furthermore, there are hundreds of beautiful fountains in the Shalimar Garden categorized into upper, middle, and lower levels. Grand Jamia Mosque, Bahria Town, Lahore

Grand Jamia Mosque is located in the opulent Bahria Town with a grand capacity of accommodating 70,000 worshippers. It is considered as the world’s seventh biggest mosque. Furthermore, Nayyar Ali Dada has designed the Grand Jamia Mosque of Bahria Town, inaugurated in October 2014. It has four prominent minarets of 165 feet height and a grand dome. 20 smaller domes are surrounding the mosque with exterior surface featuring 4 million handmade tiles from Multan.
