Also, the event had organized some celebrity performances including musical concerts and dancing. The trophy that symbolizes one of the biggest sports events was under the care of Coca-Cola that played a vital role in the marketing of the upcoming tournament which is just a few months far from the beginning.

The FIFA world cup trophy is considered the most highly decorated prize in the world. The official Coca-Cola jet plane brought the trophy and FIFA legend/delegation to Pakistan. The celebration for the FIFA world cup trophy tour in Lahore began right at the airport with some renowned personalities welcoming the trophy. Vice President of Coca-Cola Pakistani and Afghanistan, Fahad Ashraf, the Captain of the Pakistan Women’s National football team, Hajra Khan, and the mainstream media personalities appeared at the arrival of the FIFA trophy. Fahad Ashraf talked about how sports play an important role in bringing communities and nations together. He said Coca-Cola is delighted to champion the spirit of unity.
Christian Karembeu Brings the Trophy
Christian Karembeu, the famous French footballer and the winner of a FIFA world cup was a part of the FIFA world cup trophy tour to accompany the big shiny award. The footballer came down the stairs of the plane with the trophy in his hands Also, Coca-Cola hosted certain events in the honor of the trophy, including the Pakistani sports industry and some artisans. Talking to the reporters, Karembeu said he felt great to come back to Pakistan.
Entertainment and Performances
The trophy was displayed at two different events; one for the inner circle including the stakeholders and partners, and the second for the public in the form of a concert. Multiple musical performances also took place for the entertainment of the viewers. The coke studio celebrities and singers including Shae Gill, Talal Qureshi, Abdullah Siddiqui, and Hasan Raheem entertained the audiences with their performances.
The Fans were also expecting a good showcase of the trophy. However, this year’s event might not have disappointed the football enthusiasts of the 2018’s Trophy display in Pakistan. The fans got angry at the actors for stealing the limelight on FIFA Trophy’s tour to Pakistan.
