What The Officers Found on Arriving at Jayme Closs’s house
On October 15, 2018, The Barron County Sheriff’s Department received a phone call that lasted 47 sec to a minute with no one responding. Noise could be heard in the background, but nothing could be made with a clear distinction. Immediately officers were dispatched to check the scene out. Upon arrival, they found the door forced open and two dead bodies with shotgun wounds.
One body belonged to Jayme’s father, and the other a female one which was found in the bathroom was of Jayme’s mother. The officers initially thought that Jayme was out but later found her to be missing. So a full-scale search was launched to find her which ended in vain.
