PSL 6 Opening Ceremony Highlights
In the previous seasons of the Pakistan Super League, there were usually more songs and dance performances along with the introduction of teams. However, due to Covid 19 restrictions this year only Naseebo Lal and Aima Baig the singers who sang PSL 6 anthem performed. Apart from these Atif Aslam and Imran Khan’s performances were the highlight of the event.
Atif Aslam performed on his decade-old hit songs, which were enough to make folks nostalgic.
However, the winning performance was by Imran Khan, the internationally known singer who did enthrall the viewers with his hit songs Bewafa and Amplifier; both these numbers had gained huge popularity among Indo-Pak music lovers when they were released a few years back. He was accompanied by the actor and model Humaima Malik’s dance performance who dazzled in her shiny black dress.
While, PSL 6 opening ceremony didn’t offer much diversity in terms of performances it did impress with graphics, visual effects, and stage decor. The beginning indeed looked like something that was going to lead a thrilling sports tournament with a huge fan following.
