A new Zee5 series featuring Pakistani actors Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed is underway. Though the show is still untitled, it has been making fans excited as the picture of both celebrities is circulating on the internet. The admirers seem to be glad to see both the stars acting together after eight years. They previously worked together in an extremely popular Pakistani drama, “Zindagi Gulzar Hai. Its last episode reached a 9.5 rating.
What do We Know about Zee5 Series?
The official page of Zindagi Gulzar Hai announced that Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed are once going to unite as co-stars in an upcoming Zee5 series. Asim Abbasi, the director of Churails, is behind the show and is currently working on the new project.
So far, there is no release date and title, but a supposed picture from the show where both Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed can be seen standing under a tree is getting viral on the internet.
Expected Plot of the Show
As per the makers of the imminent Zee5 series, the untitled show is based on multiple genres and themes. According to media reports, it blends magical realism and supernatural fantasy within a setting of a regular family reunion. The story will primarily deal with the themes of love, loss, and compromise.
Fawad plays a charming single parent struggling with the guilt of loss. He tries to be a better father to his son than his own father has been to him. Sanam plays the leading woman who takes it upon herself to heal everyone while harbouring otherworldly secrets.
Fawad Khan was last seen in the Bollywood movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016). According to reports, his work in the Legend of Maula Jatt is complete, but the release has been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is one of the most expensive movies ever made in Pakistan, starring Mahira Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, and Humaima Malik alongside Khan. Fawad will also be reportedly seen in Marvel’s miniseries Ms Marvel, as revealed from the cast list on IMDB. On the other hand, Sanam Saeed was last seen as the main protagonist in Deedan (2019) with Mohib Mirza.
