Social anxiety is another problem that symptomizes depression and anxiety. A typical sign of social anxiety is a person not wanting to become the center of attention. If you are not comfortable meeting new people or socializing, it points to having the problem of social anxiety. Typical symptoms showing signs of nervousness include nausea, trembling, profuse sweating, blushing, or difficulty in talking. The problem being self-conscious makes it hard for a person to make new friends. They also find it hard to maintain healthy relationships.
