Using the Vinegar

Liquids with acidic properties are the best way to remove mold. Vinegar that contains 82% of the acid acts as a bleaching agent and helps in elimination of mold. Usually, mold killing solutions have a significant portion of water as a solvent. But, there is no need to mix vinegar with water. One should pour distilled vinegar into a spray bottle and start spraying it over the affected areas.

After this, using a gentle brush to wipe over the vinegar is enough to remove the mold. Make sure not to rinse the wall.

Remove Mold

Hydrogen per Oxide to remove mold

Hydrogen per Oxide is a perfect chemical to remove mold from its anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. One should use 3% concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution in a bottle and spray it over the mold-invaded wall.

After 10 minutes of applying the hydrogen peroxide to mold, one should scrub the wall and wipe off the remains with a sponge. Use of Hydrogen per Oxide calls for extra caution, as it is a potent chemical. A user should ensure careful handling.

Baking Soda

A safe and effective solution to remove mold from the walls is using the baking soda. The substance has acidic properties, and it is also readily available in every home. It not only kills the mold but also absorbs the moisture to keep the walls dry. Those who are looking for a real permanent solution must consider applying baking soda.

Usually, a quarter tablespoon of baking soda solution in a spray bottle is sufficient. After the spraying the mixture, one should let it there for a while and then gently wipe it off with a brush, sponge or some used towel.
