The 16th Lux Style Awards came up with many surprises and firsts. The Lux Style Awards are considered the Oscars of Pakistan as one of the most authentic held in the country.

The 16th edition of Lux Style Awards covered around 30 different categories for a range of talents including film fashion, music, and television.
Hasan Yasin Shehryar or HSY, is considered one of the fashion icons of Pakistan. He directed the show with Atif Aslam taking the stage for the first time as host of the show.
Some of the industry’s living legends blessed the event with their presence including stars of the past, present, and future.
The event started with a magnificent performance by Reema, sharing the stage with a newcomer, Mawra Hocane. Mahira Khan indulged in an on-stage rap battle with the drama-famous Osman Khalid Butt.
Ali Zafar performed with the co-star of Teefa in Trouble Maya Ali. Atif Aslam gave tribute to the late pop sensation of Pakistan Junaid Jamshed.
